How to Measure Your Ring Size
Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring
- Select a ring that fits the desired finger comfortably.
- Measure the inside diameter of the ring (the widest part across the centre) using a ruler in millimetres (mm).
- Use the chart below to find your corresponding ring size.
Option 2: Measure Your Finger
- Wrap a piece of string or a strip of paper around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the ends meet and measure the length in millimetres.
- Match the measurement to the circumference in the chart below to determine your ring size.

- Finger sizes can fluctuate due to temperature, humidity, and time of day. Measure your finger in the evening when it’s at its largest.
- Rings should fit snugly but still slide over the knuckle without too much resistance.
- If your knuckle is significantly larger than the base of your finger, measure both and choose a size in between.
