At Roseful Jewellery, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange your item in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note:

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for the same product in a different size. Size exchanges must be requested within 14 days of purchase or within 7 days for sale items. If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@rosefuljewellery.co.uk with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide return instructions.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Ensure all original labels, tags, and proof of purchase are included.
  3. Shipping: Return the item using a trackable and insured shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@rosefuljewellery.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.
